Heya. I’m 45 and getting ready for my very first colonoscopy soon. Family history of colon cancer means I'll probably have to get it more than once 🙁 🙁 I’m feeling pretty nervous and have a lot of questions — it’s hard to know what to expect. I’m here hoping to learn from others, get some reassurance, and maybe find a few tips to help me get through it.
